Return and Refund Policy

1. Deadline for Return:
   You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the product to return it atno additional cost, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.For defective products, the return period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date ofreceipt.
2. Conditions for Return:
   The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or tampering.The product must be accompanied by all its accessories, including labels and manuals.The purchase invoice must be sent with the product.
3. How to Make a Return:

   You can mail the product for return, following the instructions provided.
4. Refund:
   The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10(ten) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
   Return shipping will be refunded if the product is defective or does not conform to theorder.
5. Exceptions:
   Returns of personalized products or products that have been damaged due to misuse willnot be accepted.
   Returns of products that are not accompanied by the purchase invoice will not be accepted.
